POLF, with the support of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, developed a series of two-color brochures and a toolkit instructing volunteer organizations on the how and why of the "Neighboring" concept. Each brochure uses a torn paper effect, real life photos, and gritty backgrounds to illustrate neighbors helping neighbors in tough communities.
